This is a great option for people who are more health-conscious about what they eat. They have plenty of protein shakes, smoothies, sandwiches etc. That you can customize. Everything they make here is delicious! The establishment is clean, the staff is always friendly, fast and efficient. I just wish it were bigger, you can't order food to sit and eat, it's more of a to-go place. Love it nonetheless!

I can only speak for the coffee and pastelitos, but they are both quite good and well priced. The only sad part about this business is it's cash only, but I know that since I've gone here almost every day for 6 months. They have a huge selection of smoothies to choose from, and even have a great menu of food! I love that they are open late so I can get a latte before work. The staff are all very nice too!

Best empanadas ever, the juices are great and refreshing

By far the best coffee shop in all of Washington Heights. I've tried several coffe flavors and one is better than the other. I also recommend the empanadas. The place is very small and sometimes there is a line, but the service is fast.

Empanada heaven! The Service is as warm as the fillings, flavors burst with joy. A MUST for comfort & Latin eats. I definitely recommend las empanadas de queso and make sure you don't forget your sauces!!.

This is a staple in the heights, i love coming here whenever i get the chance i always get either the everything green or sweet green juice and sometimes the Strawberry shake and i add a scoop of vanilla protein powder they have, they do have other flavor protein powder! They also have chia pudding with fruit which sell out fast!! . Their pastelitos are so good i always get chicken or cheese. id definitely recommend this place to go to after the gym. There’s no place that beats their price, bring cash !!!! Best spot for a cheat day or if you want to eat clean and the staff is very welcoming, kind, and friendly.

If you're looking for a healthy smoothie, I'd recommend Andiamo's Cafe. I ordered the "Health Shake" Green Smoothie. It tasted fresh. The added plus was the vegan protein. I'll definitely stop by again. I'd suggest you do too.
